Today, we will fly to Calgary in the
Canadian Province of Alberta where we begin our Canadian Rockies
Tour. It's just a short drive to these magnificent mountains and the
famous village of Banff, often proclaimed Canada's "Crown
Jewel."
DAY 2
- Breakfast
- Tour of Banff
- Lunch At Banff Springs
Hotel
We will tour the area of the city Banff.
Highlights will include, Tunnel Mountain, Lake Minnewanka, Bow
Falls, and the wildlife of the Canadian Rockies. Lunch today will be
at the elegant Banff Springs Hotel.
After lunch, we will take the road up to Mt.
Norquay Road to one of the aea's most impressive viewpoints.

DAY 3

- Tour to Jasper Park
Lunch at Lake Louise
Columbia lcefields Ride
Jasper Inn
After Breakfast this morning, we take the
Banff-Jasper Highway for our scenic drive to Jasper.
Lunch will be at spectacular Lake Louise. This
afternoon, we will visit the Columbia Icefields, where we have a
special treat for you, a snocoach ride on the glacier! This is the
largest body of ice south of the Arctic Circle.
DAY 4

- Tour to Edmonton
- Holiday Inn Express
We will tour this gorgeous country surrounding
Jasper today. Highlights will include Lac Beauvert, Old Fort Point,
Athabasca Falls, Pyramid and Patricia Lakes, and Maoligne Canyon, as
well as the grounds of Jasper Park Lodge.
This afternoon, we will tour to Alberta's capital
city, Edmonton.
DAY 5
- Continental Breakfast, Dinner
- Edmonton City Tour
This morning we will sightsee this lovely
city viewing the Civic Centre, the Provincial Legislative Gardens,
the University of Alberta, Old Fort Edmonton, the Museum of Natural
History, Old Strathcona, Churchill Square and the North Saskatchewan
River. A tour of Alberta's Parliament Building is also
planned.
This afternoon, we will visit one of the
world's the largest shopping malls the West Edmonton Mall, with
over 900 shops and services. Including, Fantasy Amusement Park, the
Deep Sea Adventure, Pebble Beach Miniature Golf Course, the Ice
Palace (NHL sized ice rink), live Dolphin Shows, World Waterpark and
so much more!
DAY 6

- Tour to Calgary
- Best Western Downtown Suites Hotel
We will drive though the heart of Alberta today
seeing cattle ranches, oil wells, and the beautiful yellow fields of
rape seed enroute to Calgary, home of the Calgary
Stampede.
Upon arrival, we will take a tour of
this exciting city. One of the highlights of the day will
include spectacular indoor Devonian Gardens in the heart of the
downtown area
Tonight, we’ll thrill the world famous
Calgary Stampede and the exciting Chuckwagon Races and Outdoor Stage
Spectacular. The brilliant fireworks finale will cap this memorable
day of
fun and frivolity.
DAY 7

- Calgary Stampede
Rodeo
We have a full day planned today
where you can let your hair down and "whoop it up" as we attend the
famous Calgary Stampede. We have reserved seats at the Rodeo this
afternoon. You'll see the "best of the best" cowboys compete in each
event. Don't miss the show barns, casino, midway, western art show,
exhibits, live music, etc.
DAY 8
- Continental Breakfast
- Fly Home
We will reluctantly leave Calgary today as we fly
home with many fond memories of the Canadian Rockies and the Calgary
Stampede.
