DAY 2

  • Breakfast, Deli Dinner
  • Tour of Manhattan
  • Nighttime visit to Empire State Building

Today we will sightsee this grand city.  You will visit Upper New York, including Fifth Avenue, Lincoln Center, Columbia University, Central Park, as well as Lower New York, where you'll see Greenwich Village, Chinatown, Wall Street and the United Nations Building.

Dinner tonight will be at one of the Deli's that New Yorkers brag about.  We'll complete our day atop the Empire State Building with its breathtaking views.  You'll return to your hotel sleepless but not in Seattle.

DAY 3

  • Breakfast, Dinner
  • Cruise to the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island

We will tour 2 of America's greatest symbols of hope and freedom today, as we venture to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty.  For millions before you, the circumstances were different, the urgency was greater, the future was more uncertain but, the inspiration was the same.  You can not help but be proud to be an American today.

This afternoon, we will visit Times Square and Rockefeller Center.

DAY 4

  • Breakfast, Dinner
  • Tour Hudson River Valley to Saratoga
  • West Point Tour
  • Visit Hyde Park
  • Hilton Garden Inn

We will tour up the scenic Hudson River today.  Along the way, we will tour the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and Hyde Park, Franklin Roosevelt's family home, and where he is buried.

We will then continue on to lovely Saratoga Springs, once the summer playground of the rich and famous.

DAY 5

  • Breakfast, Dinner

We will take another leisurely mountain tour today as we sightsee the Adirondacks.  Kodak moments will include the Ausable Chasm, the beautiful shores of Lake Champlain, Mirror Lake, Lake Placid and Lake George.

DAY 6

  • Breakfast, Dinner
  • Tour to Cooperstown
  • Baseball Hall of Fame

This morning, we will visit Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame.  The first game ever played occurred at the town's ballpark, Doubleday Field.  Famed author James Fenimore Cooper spent his boyhood here.  The entire town looks like a movie set!

DAY 7

  • Breakfast
  • Fly Home

This morning, we will visit New York's State Capital, Albany.  Do not miss the million dollar staircase in the Capitol Building.  We will then return to New York for our Flight Home.  We will certainly be returning home with many fond memories of the fall scenes of New York, New York!
